Our modern facility offers a wide variety of venues each of which can be tailored to meet your needs, from a personal function to a modern conference through to a Gala Dinner. Our banqueting facilities range from delicious country fare to Gala Banquets. Inspiring facilities such as welcome drinks, cocktails, registration, speeches, and entertainment can be arranged. Our staff will assist you in planning your function or conference and will provide you with detailed schedules of your requirements to suit your budget. The air-conditioned conference rooms are beautifully appointed with meticulous attention to comfort and detail.
Conference Venue
For your conference, we offer a choice of venues seating from 4 to 150 delegates depending on your requirements and the room selected. All standard equipment such as flip charts, an overhead projector, a pointer, and a PA system is available in each venue. Our breakaway rooms provide the ultimate in understated elegance and atmosphere for guests to study or exchange ideas. We cater for full and half-day conferences which include tea, coffee, and snacks on arrival, and, depending on the package chosen a light lunch. We can also provide you with a full cash bar should your delegates wish to stay for drinks after a hard day’s work.
Restaurant & Bar Facilities
Hakunamatata is fully licensed with a well-stocked bar and therefore all beverages are to be provided by us.
Wine and champagne may however be brought in, which will carry a corkage fee per bottle and this would need to be arranged prior to your booking date as It is strictly forbidden to bring your own alcohol inside the venue. Our restaurant offers a variety of gourmet meals that can be ordered directly from our restaurant.
